Over the past few years, sales for the Out of Sight Litter Box® had grown to the point that Out of Sight Litter Box, Inc. on it's own, could not keep up with customer orders.

Retailers nationwide had wanted to stock our product too, but our manufacturing capabilities could not handle the quantities and deliver them at the price-point they required. By having our product available in stores, our customers would save the high cost of shipping via inter net orders.

For those reasons Out of Sight Litter Box, Inc. "partnered" with a Major RTA (ready to assemble) Manufacturing Company and signed a License Agreement. Under the License Agreement, the Company was to produce our Award Winning Out of Sight Litter Box® and market it Nationwide through retail stores everywhere. But, they did not fulfill their obligations of that Agreement.

Out of Sight Litter Box, Inc. is now in the process of negotiating with several other manufactures that are eager for the opportunity to get our Out of Sight Litter Box® product onto store shelves. And so, you, our customer, finally can buy one!

We apologize to the many hundreds of customers on our waiting list, and to the thousands of you just finding us for the first time on the web. We are diligently working towards having our Out of Sight Litter Box product available for you to purchase at your local Pet or Department Store.
