	Money Back Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your Out of Sight Litter Box® you may return it after receipt for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. (Note: purchase price does not include the original shipping and handling costs.) Return request contact must be made before 45 days from delivery date. All product items must be returned in their "original" condition, and in the original shipping box, also, please return the instructions. (By "original" we understand that hardware baggies and the cardboard box will be opened, and that pilot holes will have been used for screws during assembly - "original" means no modification or damage to panels, also we required our original shipping box and packaging to be used to protect the panels from damage.) Please respect our staff and make sure the cabinet panels are clean. Returned products that are soiled may result in an additional $25 cleaning charge. Cost of return shipping, including insurance (purchase price value) is the responsibility of the customer. Product returned without shipping prepaid and or without an Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be refused. Litter pans are not returnable and non-refundable. Please contact our Return Staff by telephone (803) 981-3761 or via e-mail returns@outofsightlitterbox.com prior to returning product; they will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 12 noon to 10 p.m. Sunday (EST).

	Warranty The Out of Sight Litter Box® cabinet systems are warranted to the original purchaser at the time of purchase and for one year after the purchase date. We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our cabinet and all cabinet parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship and reflect acceptable industry standards. The word "defects" as used in this warranty is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the cabinet system. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of cabinet parts and components. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or disassembly, defects occurring after purchase due to intentional damage, product modifications, exposure to the elements, accidents, misuse, urine, abuse or negligence, labor or assembly costs. All implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability shall not extend beyond the duration of the written warranty stated above.

	Liability Out of Sight Litter Box, Inc.'s liability is expressly limited to the cost of material for repair or replacement of defective goods and in no event will they be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, or any injury during assembly. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last or the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, which vary for state to state.
